VENDORS
Hugs & Kisses is glad to include vendors in our sales. This is a great opportunity to promote your business at a reasonable price. Below are some things you should know prior to becoming a vendor.
*Most shoppers will be mothers and grandmothers. *Some shoppers will have children with them. Consider this regarding unattended tables. *Due to Crown Center regulations, food vendors are not allowed. *Vendors with merchandise inappropriate/offensive to children will not be allowed. This doesn't mean your target is children. However, anything perceived to be offensive to them will not be permitted. *No two separate vendors representing the same company, organization, etc. will be allowed. (i.e. Only one Avon sales representative, only one Pampered Chef, etc.) * H&K highly recommends vendors to have a drawing giveaway, special discounts or sales, during the H&K event. Failure to do this is taken into consideration concerning being a vendor at future H&K sales. *If two vendors from the same company apply, a previous vendor will be given first choice. Previous vendors have until February 1st. After that, it's the first one to respond. Confirmation will be sent via email, beginning February 2nd. *Vendors may supply their own tables, chairs, etc. See application form for table and chair rental. If electricity is required, the Crown Expo Center charges a fee ($30). *Deadline for securing a space is Wednesday, February 29. Checks and signed agreement must be received on or before Monday, March 5. *Setup for Vendors is Monday, March 12, from Noon-5pm. *Vendor tables must be removed before Friday, March 16, at 7pm. *There will be a table available for free information, brochures, flyers, etc. You do not need to be a vendor to put this information on this table; nor do you need to contact us. Just bring in your flyers, business cards, etc. However, all information that remains on these tables will be discarded after pick-up on Saturday, March 17 at 6pm.
To receive a Vendor Agreement with more details and pricing, please send an email with the word VENDOR in the subject line. In the email, include your name and business, organization, etc. A reply will be sent with a Vendor Agreement attachment.
