LEAD RECALL & CRIB SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
LEAD RECALL - In February 2009, a law became effective regarding lead in childrens' toys, etc. Although we are exempt from this law, (as a second-hand / reseller), we still want to be responsible and will not be accepting items that contain lead or are on a recall list. Therefore, as a the owner of your items, it is your responsibility to make sure that your items are safe before you bring them to drop-off (see link below). If perhaps an item is for sale and it comes to our attention it has been recalled, we will remove it from the sale.

CRIB SAFETY REQUIREMENTS - All cribs consigned with Hugs & Kisses must be meet the following requirements according to the CPSC website. Below is a simplified checklist you are required to download and bring to the sale at drop-off if you are consigning a crib.
